Located in the remote Amazonas region in northern Peru, the Utkku project safeguards a rare treasure: native Amazonian cacao. This exceptional bean is grown by smallholder farmers dedicated to preserving ancestral biodiversity. 

This 75% dark chocolate reveals an incredibly smooth, naturally sweet cocoa base with a refined acidity. It unfolds with delicate notes of ylang ylang, accompanied by subtle hints of apple and nutty finish.
