HUADIAO WINE CHOCOLATE 70% COCOA

An elegant encounter between Eastern tradition and classic European chocolate-making.

We infuse roasted cacao nibs in beautifully aged Huadiao wine, allowing them to absorb its distinctively mellow and aromatic sweetness. These uniquely flavored nibs are then stone-ground into a silky, well-balanced 70% dark chocolate.

The result is a harmonious bar with rich cacao notes and a delicate, warming Huadiao finish.

A Gentle Note:
The unique flavor of this chocolate comes from Huadiao wine. While the vast majority of alcohol evaporates during our crafting process, trace amounts may remain. If you have health concerns or are avoiding alcohol, please consult your doctor before enjoying.
