SINGLE ORIGIN 90% DARK CHOCOLATE - DOMINICAN REPUBLIC (ZORZAL)

Using the lovely beans grown from the ‘Reserva Zorzal’ and the neighboring farms’, which is a bird sanctuary area in the Dominican Republic. The mission of Zorzal Cacao is to protect the migratory bird Zorzal, helping local farming communities, and handling post-harvest sustainably.

This dark chocolate has extremely high percentage of cocoa which provides another option for the chocolate lovers. The cocoa taste is strong and profound with a little bit fruity tanginess. The melt is smooth is creamy.
