Returns
Chocolate is consumption product, we do not accept any return of products.
We always ensure the products are at high standard of quality.

Damages and issues
We always pack our products in packages with protective function and pass the products to the local delivery team in the best condition. If the chocolate bar is unfortunately cracked during transportation, we do not accept return, refund or exchange as this will not affect the taste of product.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
All orders are subject to the final stock quantity. Dedicated reserves the right to refuse the order if the quantity of the product is insufficient. If we are unable to fulfil any of the products in your order, we will notify you by phone or email prior to dispatch. In this case, Dedicated will refund the relevant amount.
