SINGLE ORIGIN 75% DARK CHOCOLATE - VENEZUELA (SEBORUCO)

The bean grows in the Seboruco region in Venezuela. The cocoa from Seboruco are grown by 124 farmers which scales are very small. The annual production of the bean is limited which make this bean very rare. Some of the farms and trees are very ancient which remain high "Criollo" blood.

The first impression to this bar is a pleasant sweetness with a good balance bitterness. A very strong floral and herbal note comes after, the woody flavor appears in the end.
