For Shipping:
1. Order will normally be send out within 3 days. If you have desired shipping date, please state at the "Order special instructions" field or contact us.
2. Ship by SF Cold Chain Express service, final delivery time will be determined by SF express.
3. Some items are not eligible for shipping, such as cake, which are only available for picking up at workshop.
4. Free shipping for over $300. (Please do not fill in SF Locker address, which is no eligible for cold chain service)
5. Please store the product appropriately according to each product's requirement once you receive.

For Pickup:
1. You may fill in our workshop address as the shipping address and choose "Pick up at workshop" in the checkout page.
2. Pick up is arranged by appointment only, please contact us for the pick up date and time

1. 於結帳時，可以於運送地址填上為我們工作室的地址，然後選擇「荔枝角工作室自取」的選項。
2. 工作室取貨採用預約制，請聯絡我們安排取貨日期和時間。
