SINGLE ORIGIN 100% DARK CHOCOLATE - PERU (UCAYALI)

This 100% pure dark chocolate bar has only two ingredients - cocoa beans and cocoa butter. The original taste of the cocoa bean could be clearly perceived. It is keto & vegan friendly. 

The beans grow from the Ucayali River region of Peru. The Ucayali River Cocoa pay a premium price to buy cocoa beans from farmers which give local farmers access to an alternate market to cocaine. 

Although it is a 100% bar, astringency is nearly non-exist. Rich taste of roasted cocoa and nuttiness with a not overwhelming bitterness, together with a delicate floral note make this bar enjoyable.
