ORGANIC NATURAL COCOA POWDER (PERU)
This single origin cocoa powder is from Peru San Martin. It's organic, natural and unsweetened. It does not go through the alkalizing process so the cocoa powder has a lighter colour and more profound fruitiness taste.
Cocoa powder is suitable for making chocolate desserts, bread, pastry or drinks, such as mocha coffee, brownies and cookies.
Easy hot cocoa recipe:
10g cocoa powder (about 2 tablespoons)
250g milk or vegetable milk
Sugar (depending on how sweet you like)
Heat the milk to boil, and pour the cocoa powder, sugar little by little into the cup. Keep stirring until the cocoa powder is completely dissolved.
* You can add wine, coffee powder, ginger powder, cinnamon powder and other ingredients to change the flavor
